High-end electronic accessory keyboards were conventionally packed in disposable plastic bags. Full sealing traps water vapor that penetrates switches, PCB circuit boards, solder joints and wiring terminals, causing oxidation, poor contact, unresponsive keys and short circuits. Plastic packaging generates heavy static electricity: dust and lint get trapped inside key gaps, switches and ports and become extremely difficult to clean; meanwhile intense static disturbs circuit boards and main control chips, leading to ghosting keys, non-triggering inputs and driver failures. In addition, mold growth and unpleasant odors develop inside long-term sealed plastic packaging. Smooth plastic surfaces cause sliding and collision risks during stacking and transportation, while thin plastic bags tear easily and lose protective functions.
