Southern China features a humid and rainy climate, where moisture is the top threat to bamboo fiber. Dampness easily causes mildew and deterioration, reduces fiber toughness, and leads to caking and delamination, which severely undermines subsequent production and finished product quality. To tackle this problem fundamentally, our warehouse is located on the 4th floor of the office building, 30 meters above the ground, effectively isolating ground moisture and creating a dry and clean storage environment for bamboo fiber.
Temperature control is essential for raw material storage and preventing fiber aging. Bamboo fiber is highly temperature-sensitive. Excessively high temperatures accelerate aging and brittleness and destroy natural toughness; drastic temperature fluctuations cause unstable moisture content and further trigger mildew and caking. We implement a full-area constant temperature system, maintaining the production and warehouse areas at 20–25°C all year round. This verified temperature range prevents mildew while retaining the natural characteristics of bamboo fiber and keeping raw materials in optimal condition.
We also take strict precautions against direct sunlight. Ultraviolet rays in sunlight speed up fiber aging, making fibers brittle and fragile and weakening the load-bearing capacity and service life of finished products. Therefore, both production workshops and warehouses are kept away from direct sunlight and equipped with shading facilities to block UV rays, slow down fiber aging and retain inherent toughness to the maximum extent.

We enforce rigorous standards for raw material stacking and daily management. The stacking height of raw materials is limited to no more than 1.5 meters to avoid compaction and dampness at the bottom layers and facilitate regular inspection. All raw materials are placed on wooden pallets to further separate them from ground moisture and deterioration, building a solid moisture-proof barrier with meticulous measures.
A regular ventilation regime is also implemented to maintain proper temperature and humidity. Windows are opened for 1.5 hours of ventilation daily to dispel accumulated moisture and circulate fresh air and prevent mildew. Every measure including site selection, temperature and humidity control, stacking regulations and routine ventilation is scientifically designed to reflect our commitment to quality.
